OKARR (Oklahoma Alliance for Recovery Residences) is the Oklahoma state affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences. Certification shows that we follow the state and national best practices for recovery housing. Level III certification is the highest certification possible for a non-inpatient treatment facility.
