The house that saved my life and the lives of so many others!!!!
If you need help there is HOPE!!
Cumberland Hope Community is more than just a program – it’s a place filled with hope, healing, and transformation. As one of 13 Recovery Kentucky Centers, our mission is to support women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction by providing the tools to they need to live sober, independent, and fulfilling lives.
Our program is built around a peer-driven, self help model that empowers women to take personal accountability and reclaim their identity. Our primary goal is to help each individual become a productive and contributing member of society.
Over the years we have helped thousands of women turn their lives around. We do this by teaching essential life skills, and providing meaningful opportunities for growth – from simple job responsibilities within the program to learning how to manage a household. Every task is designed to build confidence, responsibility, and independence.
Our comprehensive program includes:
* Alcoholic’s Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings ( both in house and in the community)
*Peer Support Services
*Life Skills Classes, which covers topics such as resume building, basic car maintenance, domestic violence awareness, self care, and more
*Parenting Classes
*Community building activities that help women identify the root cause of their struggles
*Accountability Practices that reinforce structure and self help.
*Fun and Engaging Recovery Events (within the program and in the broader community
At the heart of it all is our incredible staff. Their passion for recovery work is evident in everything they do. Each team member brings unwavering dedication, compassion, and energy to the program-and it’s their effort that truly make Cumberland Hope Community a place where lives change.
