THIS IS A MALE ONLY SOBER HOME AND WE ONLY HAVE A FEW BEDS REMAINING.
WE ONLY HAVE SHARED ROOMS
The cost of a shared room is $260 per week.
There is also a $100 non-refundable payment for the costs of maintaining the property.
A $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit is also required.
TOTAL DUE TO MOVE IN: $560 includes first week rent.
In order to reside in this home –
NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE (ZERO TOLERANCE)
Chores are required
Cleanliness requirements
Mandatory 12-step meeting attendance
Must diligently work the 12-step program
Must obtain a local sponsor
Must obtain gainful employment or attend full-time school
Must participate in volunteering
