We just opened a new faith-based sober home in Universal City-and it’s very affordable! My business partner, Michaela, and I are both believers in Jesus, so it naturally made sense to open a home centered around Christian values & lifestyle. Our house manager there is actually in school to become a pastor, so the leadership team is top tier.
Our Austin home is focused on slowing down, connecting with yourself, and learning to regulate the nervous system. We have several beautiful programming additions that come with the house to ensure growth, accountability, and transformation. Our house manager at this location is very involved and truly cares about the residents’ recovery journeys.
Both of our homes are multi-pathway, allowing AA, SMART, Dharma, refuge recovery, celebrate recovery etc, so as long as you’re working a program, you’re good! The only difference between the two are the ways in which they are run. Austin is about slowing down and getting connected with yourself, while San Antonio is about discipline & reconnecting with God-all while living a sober lifestyle and on a journey towards recovery.
