Gait House Sober Living

Gait House Sober Living offers structured case management to persons in recovery, dual diagnosis, trauma and chronic pain.
All Sober Living clients must be stable enough to be in a “lower level of care”. This is a sober living, not a treatment center, this means Gait House clients must have at least 28 days sober from all drugs, alcohol and controlled substances.
Gait House Sober Living offers medication management, life coaching and can connect you to the top professionals in the field, local Intensive Outpatient Centers, and provides the highest quality of care. All Sober Living clients are required to submit to random room searches, drug and alcohol testing, as well as attend outside recovery meetings throughout the week.
Gait House Sober Living is a calm structured environment. Each of our Apartments are monitored throughout the day, 7 days a week. Gait House is located in the beautiful city of Thousand Oaks California.
