In 2021 I was working 60+ hour weeks as a realtor. I was exhausted and missing time with my family.
Then I discovered sober living homes: structured housing for people in recovery who need a safe place to rebuild their lives.
I turned my first rental from $600/month to $6,000/month by housing people who needed the most help.
Today I work about 2 hours a week, my family’s taken care of, and 200 individuals have stable housing while they get back on their feet.
