As Papa’s Place continues to grow, we’re exploring the possibility of opening a second recovery residence in Virginia Beach: Shoggy’s Place.
This home is being designed specifically for women with children, providing a safe, structured, recovery-focused environment where mothers can heal, rebuild their lives, and create a brighter future for their families.
We’re also interested in hearing from women who are already sober and simply looking for stable, supportive housing to continue building their lives.
At Shoggy’s Place, we believe a difficult past shouldn’t define your future. We understand that many people in recovery face barriers to housing because of credit challenges or a criminal background. Our goal is to provide an opportunity to rebuild, with accountability, structure, and support.
Before moving forward, we want to better understand the need in our community.
We’d love to hear from:
