Pearl House, in Waco, Texas, is a 2d phase house for women with 12-18+months after they’ve lived in sober living or a halfway house or after they’ve decided they just can’t quite make it without some accountability.
We aren’t perfect.
We’ve been in operation 6months and only 1 original resident remains.
Some relapsed, some quickly decided they didn’t want to live in communal living, and others never paid their rent.
We currently have 3 rooms available at 3 different price points + $100 deposit.
We ask residents remain clean & sober, work their program, attend one monthly house meeting, pay their rent, mark an in/out board, subject to random UA’s, and treat & talk to housemates like they want to be treated and spoken to.
We claim progress over perfection.
