-Single Bedroom: $1,800 per month
-Studio(with fridge & private full bathroom): $2,000 per month

Located in Fair Haven Heights, the mansion offers a private, secure setting while being just 10 minutes from downtown. We are right on the bus line, and 10 mins from New Haven Train Station. Residents have easy access to IOP, therapy, and other recovery activities, as well as the opportunities and energy of city life.
❣️Intensive Outpatient (IOP) & Therapy Support:
We partner with several IOP programs and can coordinate transportation to and from sessions.
We also offer at-home IOP services through Aware Recovery for added flexibility and support.
❣️Recovery Community & Support:
– On-site gym for wellness and fitness
– Cold Plunging & Infared Sauna
-Sunday night recovery meetings for community bonding
-Volunteer work opportunities to give back
-Recovery Podcast to share experiences and inspiration
-Redemption sports for team-building and fun
-Men’s Recovery Retreats for deep healing and connection
