THE SALVATION HOUSE
The Salvation House form part of Street Salvation Street Ministry that is a Non Profit Company and the Ministry’s main goal is to bring the lost to Christ and disciple them to a new life in Christ and to build a strong Christian foundation to make a success of life.The primary goal of Salvation House is to provide immediate relief and support, helping male individuals. Our goal is to provide vital services to those in need, helping them to rebuild their lives and regain independence.
Salvation House is a temporary residence with a safe and secure environment for male individuals in crisis, such as the homelessness, helping individuals with post substance abuse independent living (sober living), economic hardship, post-prison or jail to re-entry community life, To Regain stability or other traumatic life events.
Salvation House is a structured environment with:
1. Shared living spaces
2. Rules and curfews
3. Supervision
4. Counselling and therapy
5. Life skills training (e.g., employment, education, finance)
6. Meals
7. Basic amenities (bedding, toiletries, etc.)
Salvation House goals is to help residents;
1. Reintegrate into society
2. Maintain sobriety
3. Develop life skills
4. Find employment or education
5. Secure permanent housing
6. . Achieve self-sufficiency
Cost & Admission
Fees will be discussed in the initial interview process (paid by resident, family, or sponsor)
Admission Process: Interview + 2-week probation period to ensure fit.
By providing a supportive and structured environment, the Salvation house help individuals transition to independent living and reduce the likelihood of recidivism or relapse.
